The client is a healthcare firm offering tele diagnostic services across US  around 20 states .

The Solution was developed using Native IOS and Android development Technology available to customer via Playstore and App Store.

IBS was involved in designing and developing on demand tele consultation services which onboards providers and helps patient to join the consultation services with one click .

 

The solution also offers patient to schedule appointment and upload symptoms while scheduling appointment with provider. 

 

Solution is fully HIPPA compliance . Solution also offers integration with 3rd part services and provides various feature for provider to share his screen, chat with customer, Provide Order, Invite Specialist to the consultation etc.
